Better Days
This is a song of hope, inspired by Kristan's brother, Paul Calello.

Shine On was inspired by my Yoga practice and playing in Bliss. My friend Amethyst helped me with the creative process and encouraged me to use my voice. Tell me your story...
This story was inspired by Bill Meehan, a relative of mine, who jumped into the Charles River on December 21, 2006 to save a man whose car had plunged into the river. The choices we make in life ultimately determine who we are. It all comes down to the seconds in a minute. A few years back, my father researched our family history and compiled all the info and photos in a book. As I read about my Irish ancestors, I was struck by the fact that some day, long after I am gone, I will probably have my own section in that book!
This song was inspired by a letter home from a friend traveling in Honduras. Kristan was struck by the inequities between the Hondurans and ourselves...the vast differences in the quantities of 'stuff' we have compared to theirs, and even the ridiculous amount of choices we have (i.e. OJ with pulp, OJ no pulp, OJ country pulp, previous 3 with or without calcium, frozen, fresh, etc. etc.). How can we justify having so much while we know others have so little, yet many of us do nothing?
Love, Love, It's a Beautiful Day! Love, Love, It's a Beautiful Way! Jack Bishop came up with this mantra one morning and Kristan loved it... she wove the lyrics into an upbeat, fun tune! The verses are inspired by our children and how they teach us so much about life!
This is a straight-up love song written for my husband!
This is a lullaby about the three most important things in life!
This song was written for a local non-profit group called Womenade. This group raises and distributes money locally to people in need of financial assistance. Look My Way reminds us all that we need to see everyone in our community as one of our own. It's about people helping people and loving one another.
Kristan sang this song all throughout her childhood!
